Three tiers, and one flat monthly price in each - set by how many students you have. No per-student arithmetic and nothing to reconcile: the price you see is the price you pay. Every tier is the whole platform for the features it includes; nothing is a trial version.

Your school size puts you in a band, and the band has one price a month. It does not change as students join or leave within that band, so the invoice is the same figure every month and there is nothing to check at the end of it.

Prices are per month for the whole school. A school moves to the next band as soon as it passes it, and pays that band's price from then on. There is no separate minimum charge - the smallest band is the minimum. A school can change tier at any time; the new tier applies from the next month.

Each tier includes everything in the one before it. A school can turn any individual feature on or off afterwards - the tier is where a school starts, not a limit it is held to.
AI explanations for students, and WhatsApp messages to them and their parents - results, reminders, absence notices. Both are optional and priced separately from the seats above, because both cost real money per use and a school should only pay for what it sends.
You hold your own WhatsApp Business account and AI provider account. We connect CheriMathLab to them.
We provide the accounts and bill you monthly for what the school actually used.
Rates for the billed option depend on message volume and which AI features a school turns on, so they are quoted per school rather than printed here. Ask us and we will size it against your actual roll and how often you expect to message.
